CANCELLATION POLICY

! Any cancellation 90 days prior to the arrival will attract %20 of the total package cost cancellation as penalty
! Any cancellation 89 to 30 days prior to the arrival will attract %35 of the total package cost as cancellation penalty
! Any cancellation 29 to 07 days prior to the arrival will attract %50 of the total package cost as cancellation penalty
! Any cancellation within 07 days prior to the arrival will attract %100 of the total package cost as cancellation penalty

NOTES

• No booking has been made as of now, hence all services are subject to availability upon confirmation.
• With any increase or decrease in the pax count, the quotation will be change.
• With any change in the dates, the quotation will be change.
• When the group is travelling on Seat in Coach Basis (SIC), then all transfer and sightseeing on sharing basis with other passengers without Guide. No services on Private basis.
• In a room there can be maximum of 3 adults. However triple rooms are subject to availability.
• In some cases refundable Deposit Payment / Credit Card Guaranteed need to provide at Hotel. This deposit is not included in Tour Cost.
• On days when certain attractions, sights, monuments, museums, etc. are closed, the Tour Manager OR Local English speaking guide reserves the right to amend the Itinerary / cancel the visit.
• Entrances’ prices stated above are subject to change without any prior information due to exchange rates changes or by the respected Instutions themselves.
• For convenience of our passengers, we will sometimes amend the itinerary. However the inclusions remain unchanged.
• Indian lunches and dinners and local meals are Pre Set & a-la carte is not possible.
• There are no refunds for any unutilized services on tour.
• Any damage caused to hotel rooms/coach during your stay, shall be borne by the concerned passengers.
